·      Bayer 

As a Product User Experience Research and Strategy (PUXSR) team member, I explored product concepts 1-5 years into the future. This included conducting workshops with stakeholders, doing user research with current customers, analyzing competitors, tracking industry trends, and prototyping new experiences for future products.

 

·      Dexcom  

As a User Experience Designer supported the discovery and design phases of a glucose monitoring product. This included visiting endocrinology teams in hospitals to conduct research and observe interactions with doctors and patients. 

 

·      AT&T Uverse.com 

As a User Experience Designer, I supported the discovery and definition phases of the U-verse online product. I owned the creation of prototypes and collaborated with the AT&T Customer Experience team to validate the usability of Uverse.com via remote usability testing. 

 

 

I have 10+ years of experience leading user experience initiatives, conducting user research studies, strategy and vision projections, prototyping user experiences, designing products from concept to completion, and managing deliverables for internal stakeholders. 




In addition, I have a positive "can-do" attitude, a big-picture vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, a sense of humor, and enjoy collaborating with smart humans.
